Role summary
You own the lead generation process end-to-end: from ideas and experiments to execution and optimisation. You work closely with the founder to align strategy but operate independently. Success means helping the founder focus on coaching and program quality while knowing lead generation and marketing are in capable hands.


Practical details

  • Location: Amsterdam or nearby

  • Work setup: Hybrid (home + shared office over time)

  • Hours: 16–24 per week

  • Contract: Freelance / independent contractor

  • Start: Flexible


Key responsibilities

  • Design, test, and execute lead generation strategies

  • Build and optimise funnels (website → intake → conversion)

  • Create campaigns, content, and partnerships that fit the mission

  • Align with the founder, share insights, and continuously improve


This Will Feel Like a Fit If You

  • Have experience with marketing or lead generation

  • Prefer quality over quantity

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English

  • Feel connected to coaching, personal development, or preventive mental health

  • Enjoy ownership, collaboration, and calm, honest communication


Required Skills & Experience

Must-haves:

  • Marketing or lead generation experience

  • Ability to turn ideas into action independently

  • Strong communication skills, clear and honest

  • Fluent in Dutch & English

  • Affinity with coaching, personal development, or preventive mental health

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with funnels, email marketing, partnerships

  • Worked with small or mission-driven businesses

  • Basic understanding of branding and positioning
